In the process of Mr. Jiang Zemin＇s leadership in China＇s socialist modemization, he puts great emphasis on the enhancement of the Party＇ s working style and has come up with some deep insights. He points out that proper working style is key to a party＇ s survival; the construction of proper thinking style should constitute the first step in the improvement of the Party＇ s working style; the Party＇ s leaders should take the lead in bettering the Party＇s working style; that close relations must be set up as basic points between the Party and the masses; and the eradication of corruption can be the very breakthrough point for the enhancement of the Party＇s working style.
