To guarantee the legal rights and interests of the parties concerned, it is necessary to establish related system of mental compensation for the breach of contract in contract legislation, define the contract category which specify mental compensation for breaching the contract, provide judgment criteria for the occurrence and the degree of mental damage, and provide guiding principles and referential bases for the detemaination of the amount of compensation.
