超声造影在肝外伤诊断和微创治疗中的应用 被引量:3

Applications of contrast-enhanced sonography in diagnosing and treating liver trauma

摘要 肝外伤是常见的闭合性腹部外伤,极易导致死亡。随着超声造影技术迅速发展,该技术不仅应用于肝外伤的诊断中,而且也逐渐应用于肝外伤的微创治疗中。由于该技术具有经济、方便、敏感性高等优点,其在肝外伤的诊断和微创治疗中突现重要价值。本文简述超声造影技术在肝外伤诊断和微创治疗中的应用。 Liver trauma is an usual closed abdominal injury, and easily leads to death. With its rapid development, contrast-enhanced sonography has been used in not only diagnosing liver trauma but also treating liver trauma gradually. Because of its cheap, convenience, and high sensitivity, contrast-enhanced sonography has been playing an important role in diagnosing and treating liver trauma. This article reviews the applications of this technology in diagnosing and treating liver trauma.
