摘要 图像引导外科系统在现代神经外科手术中起到了重要作用。精确定位功能靶区,保护重要脑功能区是非常必要的。通过在图像引导神经外科系统中融合功能脑图谱、CT-MRI图像融合、功能磁共振图像检测到的重要脑功能区与扩散张量成像追踪到的白质纤维束信息,可以在神经外科手术中帮助医生精确定位、识别或保护重要脑区。 Image guided neurosurgery system plays an important role in modern neurosurgery. To locate functional target accurately and protect important functional brain areas are very essential. Adding on brain atlas, CT-MRI image fusion, important functional active areas detected by functional magnetic resonance imaging and white matter fibers tracked from diffusion tensor imaging into an image guided neurosurgery system can help doctors a lot for locating, reeognizing and protecting brain area during neurosurgery operations.
