东乡野生稻群体植株表型性状的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Plant Morphological Characters in Population of Dongxiang Wild Rice

对江西东乡野生稻异位保存圃群体植株的表型性状进行了详细调查,对其进行聚类分析,发现东乡野生稻群体内植株存在丰富的变异。表型性状的主成分分析结果表明,东乡野生稻处于多年生向一年生分化的初始阶段。

Survey on plant morphological characters in the population of Dongxiang wild rice growing in ex situ conservation nursery was conducted. Cluster analysis of them indicates that there are abundant variations for plant morphological characters in the population. The principal component analysis of phenotypic characters within the population of Dongxiang wild rice showed that there is a trend of differentiation from perennial types to annual ones.
