摘要
研究了一氧化氮(NO)对玉米幼苗抗盐性的影响,结果表明:外施NO供体硝普钠(SNP)可以促进盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的生长,提高叶绿素含量,增加渗透性调节物质脯氨酸的含量。
Effect of Nitric oxide (NO) on maize seedling resistance to salt stress was investigated in the paper. The results indicated that the application of exterior NO (donor SNP) could promote the growth of maize, increase the content of chlorophyll and the osmotic adjustment proline under salt stress.
