油菜种质资源抗小菜蛾的鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 以98个油菜品种为试材,对小菜蛾成虫的产卵选择性及品种抗性进行了全株鉴定。结果表明,小菜蛾在不同品种上的产卵量差异显著,在品种5726、5745及5165上产卵最多,在品种4506、4561、4675等品种上产卵最少;98份油菜种质资源的被害级数在2.47~5.00之间,聚类分析将它们分为6大组,与高抗、抗、中抗、中感、感、高感相对应,其中筛选出高抗材料份(5743和5232),1份抗性材料(5747)及26份中抗材料。 Identification of the resistance of 98 rape accessions to Plutella xylostella L. and the host selectivity of this insect pest for oviposition were conducted by artificial inoculation in the web covering. Diamondback moths like to oviposit on 5726,5745 and 5165 best, and do not like to oviposit on 4506,4561,4675 and so on, The result showed that the damage degree ranged between 2.47 -5, 00 and the resistances of accessions were significantly different and classified into six groups, corresponding HR, R, MR, MS, S, HS. Among 98 rape accessions, two accessions (5743 and 5232) behaved highly resistant, 1 accession( 5747 ) resistant and 26 accessions behaved middle resistant to P. xylostella L..
