北京地区36家医院2003年～2005年抗抑郁药应用分析

Analysis of Antidepressant Drugs Used in 36 Hospitals in Beijing Area During 2003 ～2005

目的:了解抗抑郁药在北京地区的应用情况及发展趋势。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对北京地区36家医院2003年～2005年抗抑郁药的应用进行统计、分析。结果:用药金额及用药频度均逐年升高,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)等新型抗抑郁药应用增幅较大。结论:在北京地区,氟西汀等SSRIs已成为抗抑郁药首选,三环类应用比例减少。国内厂家应增强紧迫感和危机感,尽快研制出更多安全性高、治疗效果好、价格低廉的抗抑郁药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application and the development tendency of antidepressants in Beijing area. METHODS： Using the analytical method of the Defined Daily Dose （DDD） recommended by WHO, the application of antidepressants in Beijing during 2003-2005 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumptive sum and DDDs of antidepressants increased year by year, in particular the new type of antidepressants such as SSRIs. CONCLUSION： SSRIs such as Fluoxetine have become the antidepressants of first choice, but the application of TCAs （tricyclic antidepressant） has decreased in Beijing. The domestic pharmaceutical factories should have a sense of urgency and crisis and prepare antidepressants with high safety, good efficacy and low cost as soon as possible.
