丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白引发肝脂肪变性及其分子学机制 被引量:3

HCV core protein related with hepatic steatosis and the molecule mechanisms

摘要 了解HCV核心蛋白在诱发肝脂肪变性中的分子学机制,对丙型肝炎相关性脂肪肝的病因学,预防和治疗等方面具有极大的促进作用。国内外学者通过大量的研究发现,核心蛋白可诱发肝脂肪变性,其机制可能涉及脂质积聚、与脂质代谢相关酶分子或载脂蛋白的结合、对脂转移蛋白酶活性的调节等方面。 Understanding the molecule mechanisms of HCV core protein induction hepatic steatosis may contribute to elucidate the etiology, prevention and treatment of HCV hepatic diseases. A few studies indicate that HCV core protein are associated with hepatic steatosis, including lipid accumulation within hepatocytes, binding with apolipoprotein or lipid metabolism enzyme and regulating the activity of lipid transfer protease.
