摘要
采用铜-锌-铝系甲醇催化剂和铜-铁系烃化催化剂,合成氨原料气醇烃化精制工艺。在联碱生产工艺中应用成功。通过连续2年的运行,CO+CO2含量可降至(3-5)×10^-6,运行状况良好。
The final purification by the methanolization-hydrocarbylation process of the ammonia feedgas is used successfully in an integrated soda plant with copper-zinc-aluminum based methanol catalyst and copper-iron based hydrocarbylation catalyst. Through two years of continuous operation, the CO + CO2 content can be decreased to (3 ~5) × 10^-6, and the plant runs smoothly.
