摘要
研究了土壤氮素调理剂对土壤速效氮含量的影响。室内试验结果表明,施用土壤氮素调理剂能够显著降低土壤速效氮含量,施用调理剂25d后土壤速效氮含量最低降到19.81mg/kg。田间试验结果表明,打顶后施用土壤氮素调理剂,可以有效降低中上部烟叶烟碱含量,提高产值和中上等烟的比例,改善原烟的外观质量和内在品质。施用量以1500kg/hm2+微生物Ⅱ为宜。
This study investigated the effect of soil nitrogen regulator on soil available nitrogen. The lab test results showed that application of soil nitrogen regulator decreased soil available nitrogen content significantly, which decreased 19.81 mg / kg 25 days after application. Field experiment indicated that nitrogen regulator applied after topping could decrease dramatically alkaloid content, increase yield output and ratio of middle-upper class, and improve leaf appearance and quality. The best result was observed on treatment with 1500 kg / ha＋microorganism Ⅱ.
