摘要
对9个生态烟区3个部位烤烟样品的4个区位(叶尖、叶中、叶基和叶缘)的主要化学成分进行了分析研究。结果表明,不同部位中烟叶化学成分含量在不同生态产区间有显著性差异,有的达到极显著。根据欧氏距离的大小,3个部位有代表性的等级烟叶化学成分性状可以分为5类。由于同类中样品间的欧氏距离越小,其相似性越强,因此同类中各区位烟叶样品的化学成分含量具有较强的相似性;而不同类别间主要化学成分则存在显著性差异。
This study was conducted for chemical components of four sections (leaf tip, leaf center, leaf base and leaf margin) flue-cured tobacco samples with representative grades (B2F, C3F, X2F) of 3 stalk positions from 9 ecological tobacco-growing areas. The results showed that the chemical components of flue- cured tobacco samples with representative grades (B2F, C3F, X2F) of 3 stalk positions had significant differences among 9 ecological tobacco-growing areas;The chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples with representative grades (B2F, C3F, X2F) of 3 stalk positions were classified 5 groups based on the euclidean distance, because the distance was shorter between the samples of same group, the comparability was higher; so chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples of different sections had fairly similarity in the same groups, at the same time the main chemical components had significant differences among 5 groups.
