摘要
目的建立方便、灵敏、特异性强的针对人血红蛋白(HGB)的快速ELISA法。方法用自制的抗人血红蛋白单克隆抗体(HGBMcAb)常规包被聚乙烯反应板,建立快速ELISA法,与愈创木酯法和免疫胶体金检测试纸法、常规ELISA法相比较,并作相关性分析。结果动物肉类、含过氧化物酶的新鲜蔬菜、铁剂、维生素C及对化学法有干扰作用的某些药物,对此法检验结果均无影响,对消化道出血和肿瘤等疾病的诊断和检测,本法较其他方法优点明显,易于推广。结论本法特异性强、灵敏度高、稳定性好、简易快速、无需特殊仪器设备,有广泛的应用价值。
Objective To establish convenient, sensitive and special fast enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting HGB. Methods The self-made anti-human HGBMcAb was used to coat polyethylene reactive plate to establish the fast EHSA method. The comparison and correlative analysis was made among Guaiacolate method, immune colloidal gold test paper method and routine ELISA method. Results Animal meat, fresh vegetable iron contained peroxidase, vitamin c and some drugs that could intervene the test results had no effect on the test results. The method was superior to other diagnostic methods for detecting hemorrhage and tumors of digestive tract. Conclusion This method has high specificity and high sensitivity, with good stability and simple application, which has extensive application value.
