股骨近端髓内钉微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要 目的观察微创技术应用于股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用术前牵引及术中牵引床手法整复的间接骨折复位方法；手术应用股骨顶点小切口，从大粗隆顶点用定位针引导开口器钻孔，经过扩髓后植入PFN，最大可能减少对骨折块及骨折端的血运。结果通过对88例PFN微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折老年人患者经过6个月。3年随访，平均2年，发现髋关节优良率95．5％。结论PFN微创技术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、出血少、早练习等特点值得临床推广应用．
