超临界CO_2中分散染料的溶解度测定与关联 被引量:3

摘要 采用流动法,在温度为353.2~393.2K,压力为15~30MPa的范围内,测定了分散黄119和分散红343在超临界CO2中的溶解度.结果表明:两种染料的溶解度范围分别为10^-8~10^-7,10^-9~10^-6.染料的溶解度随压力的升高而明显增加,但受温度的影响并不明显.在低压阶段,溶解度随温度升高而降低,在高压阶段,随温度的升高而增大.溶解度与染料分子结构有关,当压力小于20MPa时,分散黄119的溶解度大于分散红343;压力大于20MPa时,分散红343的溶解度大于分散黄119.并用Chrastil方程关联了分散黄119的实验数据,得出其在超临界CO2中的溶解度方程,平均相对误差为14.71%. The solubility of dyes in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC--CO2) is important for the SC --CO2 dye technology. The solubilities of C. I. Disperse Yellow 119 and C. I. Disperse Red 343 in SC--CO2 were measured over the temperature and pressure ranges of 353.2-393.2 K and 15-30 MPa. The experimental results showed that the solubilities of these two dyes were in the range of 10^-8 - 10^-7 and 10^-9 - 10^-6, respectively. The solubilities increased obviously with increasing pressure, but not evidently with temperature. While the solubilities decreased with increasing temperature at lower pressure, the situation was reverse at higher pressures. Moreover, the solubility was related to the molecular structure. When the pressure was lower than 20 MPa, the solubility of Disperse Yellow 119 was larger than that of Disperse Red 343's. If the pressure was higher than 20 MPa, the solubility of Disperse Red 343 was larger. The solubility data of the Disperse Yellow 119 were correlated using Chrastil equation.
