摘要
利用鲜竹轧汁提取竹沥液后的竹渣,通过化学方法可制得用于生产竹粘胶纤维用的浆粕。但由于多种原因,制得的浆粕中甲纤含量较低,难以满足后续纺丝的要求。为了提高竹浆粕中的甲纤含量,研究了用木聚糖酶对竹浆粕进行处理,取得了一定的效果,竹浆粕的甲纤含量由原来的80%提高到85.5%。
Bamboo residue, which was the leftover of the procedure of extracting the bamboo-drained-succus by rolling fresh bamboo, was used to yield pulp through chemical methods for spinning the bamboo viscose fiber. The content of alphacellulose was low due to many reasons. So it was hard to satisfy the requirements of spinning. In this paper, the xylan enzyme was used and the content of alphacellulose was enhanced from 80% to 85.5 %.
