摘要
DF(PLC)-1型数控飞锯控制系统兼容了半闭环和全闭环两种位置控制方式。半闭环采取传统的两个旋转编码器控制方式。全闭环在半闭环基础上增加了一个固定在运行的飞锯床身上使用金属码盘编码器的三个旋转编码器控制方式。DF(PLC)-1型数控飞锯自动控制系统中采用西门子通用可编程控制器S7-200CN,人机接口TD200;驱动装置以及为此配置设计的专用接口板组成一个可靠、稳定、低成本的硬件平台。为此硬件平台设计的计算机程序(S7-200CN)、组态软件设置,使本控制系统达到了BS标准中钢管定尺要求的控制精度。
DF(PLC)-1 digit-controlling flying-saw control system gives consideration to two positioncontrol ways of the half-closed-loop and the whole-closed-loop. The half-closed-loop takes two common rotary encoders. The whole-closed-loop uses three rotary encoders. It adds a metal-pan rotary encoder fixed on flying-saw's bed of the half-closed-loop system.In the DF(PLC)-1 digit-controlling flying-saw control system, we uses SIEMENS common PLC S7-200 CN, human-machine port TD200, driver and a special port band designed for the formers. They consist a reliable, stable and low-cost hardware platform. For the hardware platform, we have designed computer program(S7-200 CN) and the configuration software settings. This control system has reached the necessary precision of steel pipe length and up to the BS Standard.
