瘤内注射纳科思联合放疗的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察浅表肿块内注射纳科思(TNF-α变构体)联合放疗的疗效及患者生活质量的改善情况。方法:将收集的46例恶性肿瘤的浅表肿块分为甲、乙两组,进行回顾性分析。甲组为浅表肿块内注射纳科思联合放疗,乙组为单纯放疗组。两组放疗方法、剂量相同。结果:46例有2例因纳科思严重过敏而退出治疗,可供临床疗效分析者44例,其中甲组27例,乙组17例。放疗至40G y及放疗结束时,甲组有效率分别为81.48%、96.30%,高于乙组52.94%及88.24%(40G y时比较P<0.05,放疗结束时比较P>0.05);放疗后患者行为状态KPS评分甲组明显高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗恶性肿瘤的浅表肿块时,瘤内注射纳科思联合放疗,能提高放疗的敏感性和近期疗效,并能提高患者生活质量。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination radiotherapy by injecting rmhTNF(TNF-α mutant) into tumors and the improvement of the quality of the patients' lives. Methods :The data of 46 patie:its who suffered from malignant tumors were analyzed after dividing the patients into two groups. The patients in group A underwent the combination radiotherapy by injecting rmhTNF into the shallow tumors ,while group B is the one who underwent the pure radiotherapy. The two groups shared the same way as well as dose of the radiotherapy. Results :Of the 46 patients ,two withdrew because of the serious allergy to rmhTNF,thus 44 patients were analyzed for the curative effects who were divided into group A(27 patients) and group B(17 patients). When the dose reached 40GY and when the process of the radiotherapy ended,the effective rates of group A were 81.48% and 96.30% respectively, higher than those of group B 52.94% and 88.24% respectively P〈0.05 when the dose reached 40Gy;P〉0.05 when the process ended). After the radiotherapy,the patients in group A got higher KPS grades in their states of behavior than those in group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion :During the process of treatment for shallow malignant tumors,combining radiotherapy with injection of rmhTNF into tumors can improve the sensibility to radiotherapy,the short-term curative effects and the quality of the patient's life.
