摘要
目的建立肠炎消中小檗碱含量测定方法。方法HPLC,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18;以乙腈-0.01mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol·L^-1。磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值3.0)(32:68)为流动相,检测波长为265nm。结果小檗碱在0.0744-0.744μg范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.57%)。结论本法快速、准确,重复性好,可用于肠炎消的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of berberine in changyanqing solution. Methods Determination was performed on the Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm), with acetonitrile and a mixed solution of equal amount of 0.01 mol · L^ -1 Sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02 tool · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( pH was adjusted to 3.0 by 10% phosphoric acid) (32: 68) as the mobile phase, and the wavelength was set at 265 nm. Results The linear range of the determination is 0.0744 -0.744 μg(r =0.9999), the average recovery was 99.4% with RSD 1.57% for berberine. Conclusion The method was specific, accurate and simple . It may be used for the quality control of changyanxiao solution.
