How to Construct Incorruptness Culture in Universities and Colleges

高等学校在一系列经济活动中,不廉洁行为时有发生,高等学校加强廉政文化建设的重要性已凸现。高等学校要利用其人文优势,通过创新廉政文化活动激浊扬清,扶正祛邪,让廉政文化深入人心,深入家庭、考场、招生环节、招投标活动等,营造一个“以廉为荣、以贪为耻”的文化氛围,把廉政文化建设作为学校构建惩防体系的重要工作抓紧抓实。

Corruptness happens occasionally in the economic activities of the universities and colleges, so it is very urgent to strengthen the building of incorruptness culture. The universities and colleges should make full use of their privileges in humanities to innovate the carrier of incorruptness culture, to inherit its good part, to make it acceptable for the mass and feasible for activities such as examination, recruit, bidding and so on, and finally to build a cultural atmosphere of incorrupt glory and corrupt disgrace with realizing the importance of incorruptness culture in the rewards and punishment system of the universities and colleges
