摘要 利用无溶剂超临界二氧化碳喷射成形技术,制备可降解高分子溶菌酶缓释纤维,并对其体外溶菌酶释放性能进行了研究。通过条件试验确定了最适合的成形工艺参数;选择有代表性的聚乳酸(PLA)作为主体缓释材料,溶菌酶作为溶菌酶实验对象,建立了上述溶菌酶制剂体系的体外缓释模型和分析方法;结合缓释材料的降解情况对溶菌酶缓释的机理进行了研究。 The supercritical spray process is a useful technique for producing degradable polymer fibers for controlled drug delivery applications. PLA was used as the processing polymer for controlled delivery of lysozyme. Lysozyme polymer fibers were produced from super critical spray process under the optimized parameters of the instrument. The mode and analysis method of drug delivery out of the body was established. Furthermore, the drug delivery by combination with the degradation of PLA was studied.
