摘要
利用固相反应法在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下制备了盐酸掺杂聚苯胺,并以红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD),循环伏安等测试方法研究了表面活性剂SDS对固相反应法制备盐酸掺杂聚苯胺的影响。结果表明:SDS存在下固相反应合成的盐酸掺杂聚苯胺与相同条件下盐酸掺杂聚苯胺相比,其分子链的氧化程度相对较小,结晶性、导电率及电化学活性相对较差。
Polyaniline doped with hydrochloride acid was firstly prepared in the presence of soduimdodecylsulfate as surfactant by using solid-state polymerization method at room temperature. The resulted polyaniline was characterized by FT-IR, XRD and cyclic voltammogram. Compared with the polyaniline synthesized without soduimdodecylsulfate, the one that prepared in the presence of soduimdodecylsulfate is lower at oxidation state, crystallinity and conductivity, and also displays lower electrochemical activity.
