摘要
目的研究岩白菜素在碱性条件下用NaBH4还原的产物.方法在氨水中用NaBH4还原岩白菜素.结果在弱碱性条件下还原岩白菜素,得到一个不寻常的脱糖产物,并提出一种解释说明脱糖产物的形成机理.结论岩白菜素在弱碱性条件下可还原脱糖.
Objective To study the product of bergenin reduced with alkaline NaBH4. Method Bergenin was reduced with NaBH4 under mild alkaline condition. Result An unusual desugarized product was obtained by the alkaline reduction. The mechanism of the formation of the desugarized product was proposed. Conclusion Bergenin can be desugarized with alkaline NaBH4.
