大鼠旁巨细胞外侧核微电极刺激对心血管活动的影响

摘要 目的利用微电极刺激来研究大鼠旁巨细胞外侧核对心血管活动的调控作用.方法用微电极刺激旁巨细胞外侧核后监测大鼠心率和血压的变化.结果微电极刺激后大鼠出现左心室等容收缩期压力变化最大速率(±dp/dtm ax)、等容收缩期左心室内压(LVSP)和右股动脉插管记录平均动脉血压(MAP)升高(P<0.05),心率(HR)增加(P<0.05).结论大鼠的旁巨细胞外侧核通过复杂的过程参与心血管活动的调控. Objective The function of nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis (PGCL) in the control of cardiovascular activity was investigated by microelectrode stimulation. Methods Changes of blood pressure and heart rate were monitored when PGCL was stimulated by microelectrode. Results Left ventricle isovolumic contraction period pressure change maximum velocity, left ventricular systolic pressure and mean arterial blood pressure stepped up ( P 〈 0. 05), heart rate increase ( P 〈 0. 05) after microelectrode stimulated nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis. Conclusions The results showed that PCCL maybe involved in the maintenance of cardiovascular activity.
