颅内压监护在重型颅脑外伤术后的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in the Post-operation of the Severe Craniocerebral Trauma

目的对21例颅脑损伤患者的颅内压动态监护,探讨颅内压的动态变化与临床表现、病情预后的关系.方法采用脑室内颅内压监护法,对21例开颅术后患者进行颅内压动态观察,同时观察生命体征和GCS评分变化.结果术后颅内压正常4例;轻度增高5例;中度增高6例;重度增高6例;死亡5例中,重度增高占4例.结论颅内压动态监测有助于病情变化的正确判断,可为疾病的早期诊断、正确治疗及其预后提供可靠的依据.

Objective Through the continual intracranial pressure monitoring of 21 severe craniocerebral trauma patients, we try to analyze the relation changes of intracranial pressure and clinical manifestation and prognostic. Methods Via the ventricle intracranial pressure monitor, we observe among continual intracranial pressure in 21 post -craniotomy patients continually and observe the changes of vital sign and GCS score meanwhile. Resuits Intracranial pressure is normal in 4 patients after craniotomy, mild increase in 5, moderate increase and severe increase in 6 individually, severe increase in 4 of the 5 patients which died at last. Conclusions Continual monitor intracranial pressure monitor is helpful to make the right judgment of the pathogenetic condition changes, and it can offer available method to make early diagnosis, right management and prognostic of the disease.
