作为高层次的复合型、实践型法律人才的法律硕士培养,为我国的法治建设作出了巨大的贡献。在新的历史条件下,应当如何培养面向21世纪的新型法律人才是一项十分紧迫的任务。本文从我国法律硕士研究生的培养实际出发,结合跨学科研究生教育的发展趋势,指出法律硕士的培养模式应当朝着复合型、综合化的方向努力。

The cultivation of Juris Masters, the high-level interdisciplinary and practical law talents, has greatly contributed to the building of law in our country. Under new condition, how to cultivate new law talents facing the 21 century is a completely pressing task. This essay begins its analysis from the actual cultivation of Juris Masters, combining with the development trend of education of the cross-subject postgraduate students, and points out the pattern of cultivation of the Juris Masters should move towards the direction of developing compound and integrative law talents.
