试论高职高专人才培养目标与素质教育的关系

The Relationship between the Three-year College Personnel Training Objective and the Quality Education

本文依据高职高专人才培养目标的内涵及特点,分析了高职高专学生所应有的各方面素质,对高职高专人才培养目标和素质教育的关系作了深入论述,提出实现人才培养目标必须加强素质教育的结论。

Based on the connotation and characteristics of the three-year college personnel training obieetive,this paper analyzed various aspects quality which the three-year college student should have.talked about the relationship between the three -year college personnel training obiective and the quality education, put forward the conclusion that had to strengthen the quality education.
