摘要
介绍采用电弧喷涂铝涂层来对海洋工程高温管道进行防护时,防护涂层的设计和施工工艺,并对涂层的结合强度和抗弯曲性进行了试验。试验表明在海洋工程高温管道上喷涂铝涂层其结果是令人满意的。
In order to protect the heat pipeline in offshore engineering. We use arc spraying coating of aluminum. This paper summarized the design and spraying processes of protection coating. The tensile bond strength and bend are tested. The results show that aluminum coating can be applied for the surface protection of heat pipelines in offshore engineering.
