摘要
目的了解民族地区工科大学新生的心理健康状况。方法采用临床心理症状自测量表(SCL-90)对随机取样的民族地区某工科大学新生进行测查。结果民族地区工科大学新生的心理健康水平与全国青年组常模相比在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖症4个因子上有着极显著性差异,在偏执和精神病性2个因子有显著性差异。结论要改变民族地区工科大学新生心理健康状况一要学校开展各种心理健康教育活动,二要引导新生自己进行积极地调适。
Objective In order to catch on the mental health state of freshmen in college of advanced technology in the minority area. Methods Exert SCL-90 to test the random sampling of freshmen in college of advanced technology in the minority area. Results Compared to the normal scale of the young in China, the mental health of the freshmen in college of advanced technology in the minority area showed extremely significant difference in four factors -- compelling symptom, depression, anxiety, terror; And it has significant difference in partial persistence and the trait of mental disease. Conclusion On purpose to better the mental health state of freshmen in college of advanced technology in the minority area, we can take the following measures： firstly, teachers and college should launch various kinds of educational activities; secondly, direct freshmen to adjust themselves positively.
