半导体激光及鼻超声雾化治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨半导体激光及超声雾化治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将62例临床确诊的分泌性中耳炎患者随机分成联合组(30例)及对照组(32例)。联合组常规治疗同时进行半导体激光及超声雾化治疗,对照组仅采用常规治疗。6天为一疗程。结果联合组与对照组的有效率分别为97.4%和81.6%,两组治疗前后纯音听阈测试检查结果比较,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光及超声雾化治疗分泌性中耳炎起效快,疗效好,疗程短,无痛苦,有一定临床应用和推广价值。 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of semiconductor laser and ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods Sixty-two cases with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups, with 30 cases in treating group treated with semiconduetor laser and ultrasonic atomizing inhalation combined with routine one and 32 cases in controlling group treated with routine one. Six days was a course. Results The total effective rates were 97. 4% and 81.6% for treating group and controlling group, respectively with a significant difference between them (P〈0. 05). Conclusion This method is effect for secretory otitis media and is worthy of applying in clinic.
