摘要
讨论了以粉煤灰为原料,通过化学活化和机械活化处理,制备粉煤灰轻集料的生产工艺过程。主要解决了活化剂的选择、活化技术和养护制度等技术问题,同时探讨了活化的机理。这为轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块的研究奠定了良好的基础,并为粉煤灰的综合利用开辟了新的途径。
With fly ash as a raw material and through particular chemical and mechanical activation treatment,the technological process of fly ash lightweight aggregate is discussed. Problems of proper selection of activating agents,activation technique and curing regime are solved.Also,the mechanism of activation is studied.A sound foundation for devel- oping lightweight aggregate concrete hollow building blocks is provided.And a new meth- od for comprehensively utilizing fly ash is found.
