职业院校教学管理实行学分制的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Credit System Used in the Teaching Management of Vocational Colleges

职业院校实行学分制已经逐渐成为共识。而学分制实施过程中却有很多课题需要研究。笔者以工作实践为依据，从教学管理的角度，对实施学分制要注重构建新的教学平台、科学的课程体系设置和优化教学计划三个方面进行了探索。提出了实施学分制搭建分段式教学平台是基础，构建与新的教学平台相适应的课程体系是关键，围绕培养目标优化教学计划是重点。

It is a common knowledge that the credit system has been gradually used in vocational colleges. But there are meny problems to be studied. On the basis of working practice, from the point of teaching management, explore the credit system in the instruction of new teaching platform, in the scientific course system set - up and in the optimization of teaching plans. Put forward the suggestions that building sectional teaching platform. It is the key to construct the course system suitable for new teaching platform. It is the Rey - point to optimize the teaching plans, centering on the training purpose.
