摘要
针对某厂MFC分解炉在生产中存在的一些问题,利用对流场进行数值计算的方法,重点对它的设计和操作进行了分析研究。结果表明,流化风和三次风比例失调,是生产中存在的主要的问题,在分解炉上增加一个缩口及减少三次风管的角度,有利于炉内物料的混合、燃烧、传热和传质。
Based on numerical calculation,problems of a running MFC calciner are analysed.Re- sults indicate that the ratio of fluidized air to tertiary air is important to normal production. It is of benifit to mixture,burning,heating and mass transfer of raw materials in the calci- ner to decrease the cross-section area of the calciner and decrease the angle of tertiary air pipe.
