摘要
利用自制的实验装置,在不同球径、不同移动速度、不同试验载荷、不同润滑状态下,应用非接触式激光变位仪,对钢球与平面试件间的滚动摩擦进行了实验研究。所得结果表明,在低速条件下,其受轻载与重载时的摩擦学性能有完全不同的敏感性。
By-use of self-made experimental equipment,the research on the rolling friction of ball and level sample is proceeded under different ball diameters,different sliding velocities, different testing loads and different lubricant states.Experimental results show that its tribological properties have quite different sensitivities with light load and heavy load under low velocity.
