15例侵及侧颅底的咽旁间隙占位的诊疗

为治疗侵及侧颅底的各种病变而作的侧颅底手术目前仍是临床中一个难题，由于其部位隐蔽、解剖复杂，不易早期诊断，且易误诊误治，本文就１５例侵及侧颅底的咽旁间隙占位的诊断、治疗、注意事项及并发症等提出讨论。
