文章从分析影响资产证券化能力的因素方面入手,本着易量化,数据易获得的原则,建立了资产证券化能力的评估指标体系,然后利用相关数据及聚类分析、回归分析的方法,对我国资产证券化能力进行了评估,并对我国资产证券化工作进行了科学预测和分析.

There strats with analysing that influences factor of the securitization ability,In line with easy to quantize, data easy to win set up accessment index system of securitization ability. Then utilizing the relevant data and the method of cluster analysis and regression analysis we have evaluated securitization ability of our country,and put forward meaningful prediction and analysed to securitizations of our country.
