黄芩总黄酮提取工艺的优化

Grading-up of Technology of extraction to scutellaria total flavonoids

目的对黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。方法采用不同浓度溶剂、溶剂量、提取时间三个主要因素进行单因素考察,然后采用正交试验,以总黄酮得率为指标,优化提取工艺。结果实验结果表明优化工艺为:50%乙醇,料液比为1∶10,提取时间18小时。结论优化所选工艺条件较好。

Objective The study selected the optimum processing conditions of the total flavonoids. Methods The single factor investigation was used for studying the effect of three important factors （the different soh＇ents, the amount of solvent , the time of extraction ）.The optimum processing conditions was selected with orthogonal test which use total flavone as index. Results The ptimum processing conditions were ：50% ethanol, ten times of the solvent and 18 hours of extraction time. Conclusion The optimum processing conditions can improve the total flavone output.
