摘要
社会经济形态的改变对教师的教育理念和从业观念产生了一系列的影响,教师流动成为一个普遍的社会现象。幼儿教师作为教师队伍中的一个群体,其流动现象也是不可避免的。幼儿教师流动将给幼儿教育的发展带来积极和消极两个方面的影响。本文以广西第一届学前教育本科生就业情况作为个案,分析高学历幼儿教师流动的原因,并提出了一些建议。
Since the changing social economy has a lot of influence on teachers' education ideas and graduates' job-seeking in Guangxi as a case, the paper analyzes some reasons for those high-degree preschool teachers' job shifting and puts forward some suggestions.
