大学生就业难存在多方面原因，可采取以下途径加以解决：大力发展经济，创造更多的就业岗位；适应市场需要，调整专业结构，加强学生实际工作能力锻炼；完善就业指导服务体系，帮助学生转变观念，提高学生的择业能力；引导毕业生流向农村、西部地区、民营企业和生产第一线；鼓励学生自主创业和非正规就业，等。
The reasons of the employment difference have many aspects, the article analyzes the reasons and thinks the ways to deal with these situations about devote major efforts to developing economy, produce more stations, restructure specialties institution and so on.
