Evaluating the Regional Creative Capacity by Factor Analysis

区域创新能力是由知识创新能力、知识流动能力、企业创新能力、技术创新环境和创新的经济绩效组成．重点以区域创新能力的评价及评价模型的应用为研究对象，建立了区域创新能力的评价指标体系，通过数理计算，得出区域创新能力评价结果，并针对结果进行相关的分析和建议．

The creative capacity of a region consists in the constituents of its economical performance and its ctreative ability with respect to knowledge, the flow of knowlwge, enterprises, and technological environment. With the evaluation and models of evaluation as the objects of study, we proposed a index system for evaluating the creative capacity of a region. We demonstrated the validity of the system with real data and provided suggestions for future applications.
