摘要 目的研究我院临床分离的真菌特点及耐药情况。方法对临床分离的真菌,用CHROMagar显色培养基及VITEK-32YBC卡鉴定菌种,统计检出率和菌种分布.用ATB-Fungus药敏卡测试。结果白念珠菌检出率最高,占67.8%;分离的菌株对制霉菌素、两性霉素B和5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率最高.分别为94.2%.90.5%和89.2%;对酮康唑、益康唑敏感率较低。结论临床分离的念珠菌感染以白念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌为主.制霉菌素、两性霉素B有较好的体外抗菌活性,是治疗该菌感染的有效药物。 Objective To explore the characteristics of fungal infections in our hospital and analyze the resistant pattern of fungal isolates. Methods The fungal isolates were identified by CHROMager medium and VITEK-32YBC card. The distribution of fungal isolates was analyzed. The susceptibility was tested by ATB fungus kits. Results C. albicaus was the most prevalent fungus (67. 8%). The candida isolates were more susceptible to nystatin (94.2%), amphotericin B (90.5%), 5-fluorocytosine (89.2%) than to ketoconazole (31.5%) or econazole (27. 3%). Conclusions C. albicans, C. tropicalis, and C. glabrata account for most of clinical fungal infections. Nystatin, amphotericin B, and 5 fluorocytosine are effective for the treatment of fungal infections due to their good in vitro activity.
