摘要 目的了解阿司匹林对白念珠菌游离菌、芽管生成及生物膜的作用。方法微量平板法制备白念珠菌生物膜,加不同浓度阿司匹林,37℃培养,以活菌数判断其对白念珠菌游离菌和生物膜的作用。结果阿司匹林对白念珠菌游离菌MIC为0.78~1.56 mmol/L;1 mmol/L阿司匹林对不同时期白念珠菌生物膜均有抑制作用;0.4~0.8 mmol/L阿司匹林对24 h白念珠菌生物膜有抑制作用;1 mmol/L的阿司匹林对白念珠菌芽管生成无抑制作用。结论阿司匹林对白念珠菌游离菌和生物膜有抑制作用,对芽管无抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin on the planktonic cells, germ tube and the biofilm formation of C. albicans. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations of aspirin against C. albicans were determined by broth microdilution technique. The effect of aspirin on biofilm formation was measured by microtiter plate test. Results The minimal inhibitory concentration of aspirin on C. albicans ranged from 0.78 to 1.56 mmol/L. The aspirin at concentration of 1 mmol/L could inhibit biofilm formation at different stages but could not inhibit germ tube formation. Aspirin at 0.4-0.8 mmol/L could inhibit biofilm formation at 24 hours. Conclusions Aspirin could inhibit biofilm formation and planktonic cells of C. albicans, but not the germ tube formation.
