血清丙氨酸转氨酶正常的慢性丙型肝炎的治疗

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染的流行较为广泛，呈全球性分布。慢性丙型肝炎患者如得不到及时和合理的治疗，可发展为肝硬化、肝细胞癌。对血清丙氨酸转氨酶（alanine aminotransferase，ALT）升高的慢性丙型肝炎患者的治疗早已取得共识，即应采取积极的抗病毒治疗；但对ALT正常的慢性丙型肝炎患者是否应该常规接受抗HCV治疗，长期以来一直存在分歧。本文对ALT正常的慢性丙型肝炎的流行病学、自然史和治疗等研究进展作简要的介绍。
