自体血回输在异位妊娠内出血中的运用(附17例分析)

目的探讨自体血回输在异位妊娠内出血急诊手术中的运用价值。方法2004年10月至2005年10月,采用京精—2000型自体血液回收机对17例异位妊娠内出血病人进行术中自体血回输。分别记录术中出血量和回收血量。结果17例患者共回收自体血24053ml,回输血12290ml,所有患者均顺利恢复,无自体输血相关并发症。结论异位妊娠内出血急诊手术中运用自体血液回输安全有效,可迅速获得大量新鲜红细胞,有效地维持循环,减少术中血液丢失,减少异体血输入量和降低输血后并发症,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To study the value of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion in emergency patients of ectopic pregrancy with serious bleeding. Methods Intraoperative autolognus blood transfusion using ZITI - 2000 antologous blood recovery system was performed in 17 emergency patients of ectopic pregnancy with serious bleeding from October 2004 to October 2005. The volume of bleeding in abdomen and autologous blood transfusion were recorded respectively. Results 24053 ml blood was collected from 17 patients during operation and 12290ml concentrated blood cells were collected after processing by autologous blood recovery system. These concentrated blood cells were reinfused into the patients during and after operations. All patients recovered smoothly and no complications of autologous blood transfusions occurred . Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion with autologous blood recovery system in emergency patients of ectopic pregnancy with serious bleeding is a very useful and efficacious method for decreasing blood loss , promptly getting massive fresh blood cells during operation and maintaining circulation system＇s stability . Meanwhile, it can also reduce the volmne of blood loss and complications of homologous blood transfusion, thus increase the succeed rate of rescue.
