摘要
本文对狗下颌骨在活体状态下力学性能的测试方法进行了初步研究。采用应变电测法测试了当下颌磨牙受主要垂直向合力时,该牙根处的下颌骨所产生应变等力学变化,经分析有关力学模型计算出该处下颌骨的弹性模量为4.897×102MPa。文章中还就颌骨组织在活体状态下力学性能测试方法和指标以及骨组织的材料性质等方面开展了讨论。
Study about measurement method of biomechanical property on dog's mandibular bone in vivo.When the main vertical occlusal force acting on mandibular molar,strain of mandibular bone in site was measured by the strain-electrometry.After the mechanical model was analyzed and calculated,elastic modulus of mandibular bone was 4.897×102 MPa. Biomechanical property of method and index on mandibular bone in vivo and quality of material about bone tissue were discussed.
