试论我国公务员社会保障制度改革

Research on Reform of the Civil Servant's Social Security System

随着我国经济、政治改革的深入以及公务员制度的完善,健全公务员社会保障制度已势在必行。笔者在分析公务员社会保障制度现状的基础上,具体提出了我国公务员养老保险、失业保险、医疗保险等制度改革的一些探索性建议。

With the improvement of economic and political reform, and the progress of civil service system in our country, it is inevitable to estblish and improve the social security system of civil servants. The author analyzes present situation of the civil servant social security system in the foundation, and proposes some exploratory suggestions about the reform of civil servant system in our country such as old-age insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and so on .
