摘要
人才资源是经过教育、培训等投资所形成的具有高质量人力资本含量的资源,无论在企业还是在家庭中都处在非常重要的位置,而长期持续的工作压力也给人才资源的身心健康带来了严重的影响。本文将对人才资源工作压力问题予以分析探讨。
The human resource is a high-ualified kind of resource which has been formed by the education, training and so on and whose position is very important in an enterprise as well as in a family, The long-term work pressure influences seriously the resource. The author tries to discuss the phenomenon.
