摘要
新闻舆论权作为一种社会权利与作为国家权力的司法权都有其存在的必然性内因,两者在运行过程中更是体现出无可避免的冲突性;围绕其冲突的内因与冲突的解决方案,本文作出了相关的阐述。
It appears inevitable for both the public opinion power of press-a kind of social right and the judicial power-the part of state power to exist in universe; it also appears conflictive in either of them. Around found out the solution of the conflict, the article makes a series of expatiation and discussion.
