后房型人工晶状体悬吊术45例围术期护理体会

Preoperative nursing care in the artificial lens suspension of 45 cases of posterior chamber type.

目的:探讨行后房型人工晶状体悬吊术患者围手术期的护理方法。方法:对45例行后房型人工晶状体悬吊术的患者加强术前、术后护理,术后病情观察及护理,并进行出院指导。结果:45例患者均能配合医护人员的工作,术后视力较术前均有不同程度地提高,无严重术后并发症。结论:后房型人工晶状体悬吊术患者多为二次手术,术后感染机率大,应采取有效的预防措施,同时护理人员应加强对患者的病情观察,发现病情变化及时协助医生治疗。

Objective：To explore the preoperative nursing care in the artificial lens suspension of posterior chamber type, Methods：Nursing care was strengthened and ,close observation of the change of patients＇conditions was given. Results： All 45 cases could adapting to the theapy, the vision was improved at different degree,without postoperative complication. Conclusion：The postoperative infection rate was high, prevention measures of the infection in time is important, and the change of patients＇ conditions should be strengthened.
