《古“登”字有凭义——兼谈“登轼而望之”》商榷

A Discussion About "Deng"(登) Had the Meaning of "Lean on" in Ancientry--Giving Attention to "Deng Shi Er Wang Zhi"(登轼而望之)

《古“登”字有凭义——兼谈“登轼而望之”》认为:古“冯”有登义。由词义渗透律的制约,因“冯(憑)”有登乘之登义,所以“登”也有凭依之凭义。《左传·庄公十年》“登轼而望之”即“凭轼而望之”。本文认为“登”有无凭义,关键在于证据是否充分。然而其证据皆不能令人信服,本文逐一商榷,认为“古‘登’有凭义”难以成立,“登轼而望之”之“登轼”亦非凭轼。

This is one point of view in the article of Deng（登） Had the Meaning of ＂Lean on＂ in Ancientry Giving Attention to Deng Shi Er Wang Zhi （登轼而望之） that Ping（凭） had the meaning of mounting in ancientry, Deng（登） had the meaning of ＂Leaning on＂ because of the infiltration of acceptation. Deng Shi Er Wang Zhi （登轼而望之） is equal to Ping Shi Er Wang Zhi （登轼而望之）. But we consider that the evidence in the article is beyond belief. It is difficult to make certain that Deng（登） had the meaning of ＂Leaning on＂ in ancientry. And Deng Shi（登轼） is not equal to Ping Shi（凭轼）.
